Heart Journey helps you review heart-rate changes with everyday activities and personal notes. It does not infer emotions or provide medical diagnoses.
With your permission, imports read heart rate, timestamps, and source information only for your selected time range. Nothing is written to Apple Health. Imported copies, titles, and personal notes remain on your device with system file protection and are excluded from device backups. There are no accounts, developer servers, ads, or analytics.
Full calendar access lists events in the next 90 days. Only the title, times, calendar name, and identifier of your selected event are saved. Event notes are not read and calendars are not modified. Reservations do not start Watch measurements, automatically import data, or send reminders.
Apple processes purchases. The app uses StoreKit to verify transactions and Lifetime Membership status. It does not access payment card details or upload purchase records to the developer. Restoring purchases may require an App Store connection.
Check the preview before sharing or exporting. Cards always include the title and a curve derived from heart-rate data. CSV files include all measurement times, heart rates, and sources. Data is sent only to destinations you actively select through system sharing or file export. Recipients handle it under their own policies.
Data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. Delete individual journeys, cancel reservations, or clear all local journeys and reservations in Settings. Revoking Health or Calendar access does not automatically delete imported copies. Original Apple Health records are unaffected. Delete exported files separately at their destinations.
Manage heart-rate read access in your Apple Health profile and calendar access in system Settings. Denying access does not block demo journeys. Calendar access is optional for manual journey creation.
Policy changes will update the date and in-app notice. Any future network collection or new data uses will require an updated policy and authorization where needed.

数据保留到你主动删除或卸载应用。可删除单段心旅、取消预订，或在设置中清空所有本地心旅与预订。撤销健康或日历权限不会自动删除已有副本；Apple 健康原始记录不受影响。已导出的文件需要在保存位置单独删除。
可以在 Apple 健康的个人资料中管理心率读取权限，在系统设置中管理日历权限。拒绝权限不影响演示体验；日历权限不是手动创建心旅的前提。
政策变更会更新日期及应用内说明。如果未来引入联网收集或新的数据用途，将更新政策并按需请求授权。
