Trove is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control. Where these terms and Apple's standard EULA conflict, these terms govern to the extent permitted.

Trove estimates what an item is worth by applying a decay curve to its original price, using parameters derived from typical second-hand market behaviour for its category and, where available, its specific model. This is a model. It cannot see your item's actual condition, its service history, local market conditions, or the current demand for it.
长物的估值方式，是在物品原价上套用一条衰减曲线，参数来自该品类——以及在有数据时，该具体型号——在二手市场上的典型表现。这是一个模型。它无从获知这件物品的实际状况、维修历史、当地行情，也无从获知当下的供需。
Actual sale prices will differ, sometimes substantially. The calibration feature exists precisely because the model needs correcting against reality. Treat every number in the app as a starting point for your own judgement, not a substitute for it.

The bundled model catalogue (launch prices and release dates) and the exchange-rate table are compiled by hand and are approximate. Exchange rates are annual averages used only to convert a foreign-currency purchase into your main currency; they are not live rates and should not be used for any currency-exchange decision. You can override any converted amount on the item itself.
内置的型号目录（发售价与发售日期）和汇率表是人工整理的近似数据。汇率为年度均值，仅用于把外币买入价折算到你的主货币，不是实时汇率，也不应用于任何货币兑换决策。任何折算金额都可以在物品本身上直接修改。
Trove is free to use for a limited number of currently owned items. A one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase removes that limit permanently for your Apple ID. Items you have sold or discarded do not count against the limit.
长物可免费使用，但同时在持的物品数量有上限。一次性的非消耗型内购可为你的 Apple ID 永久解除该上限。已售出或已处置的物品不占用额度。
All payment is processed by Apple; the developer never receives your payment details. The purchase can be restored on your other devices through the same Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms — the developer cannot issue them.
所有支付均由苹果处理，开发者不会收到你的支付信息。该购买可通过同一 Apple ID 在你的其他设备上恢复。退款依据App Store 条款由苹果处理，开发者无法代为退款。
Trove stores everything locally on your device and sends nothing to any server. There is no cloud copy for the developer to restore. If you delete the app, reset your device, or lose it without a backup, your records are gone. Keep device backups enabled if your records matter to you.
长物把一切都存在你设备本地，不向任何服务器发送数据。开发者这边没有云端副本可供恢复。如果你删除 app、重置设备，或者在没有备份的情况下丢失设备，你的记录就没有了。如果这些记录对你重要，请保持设备备份开启。
Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction. Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
除非适用法律在本限制之外明确允许，否则请不要对本 app 进行逆向工程、反编译或试图获取其源代码。请不要将本 app 用于任何非法目的。
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. No warranty is given that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its estimates will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app — including any decision you make on the basis of a valuation it displays. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

These terms may be updated as the app changes. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
